NIH Employee Recruitment Campaign

How do you inspire the next generation of scientists, researchers, and public health experts to join one of the world’s leading research institutions?

For the NIH Office of Human Resources, I led a nationwide recruitment campaign that showcased the people behind the science. Featuring authentic staff interviews (including NIH Institute Directors), dynamic event materials, and a suite of digital and print ads that reimagined what it means to build a career in public health. Creating a campaign in the middle of a pandemic wasn’t easy. It pushed us to adapt, think creatively, and solve unexpected problems on the fly. Lessons I still draw on today.
