Annual Report on Suicide in the Military

The Defense Suicide Prevention Office (DSPO) leads Department-wide efforts to reduce suicide risk among Service members and their families. The Annual Report on Suicide in the Military (ARSM) highlights these ongoing initiatives and demonstrates the Department’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and preventing suicide across the military community. In partnership with our client and research team, we developed a report that translates complex data, trends, and insights into a format that is clear, accessible, and meaningful to a broad audience. The report is published annually, with the 2024 edition scheduled for release in late 2025.
